肥後大津駅に戻ってきたのが午前11時30分ごろ。
飛行機の出発時間が13時35分です。
まだ時間があるので、肥後大津駅周辺で昼食をいただきます。
選んだのは「春雷」という中華料理のお店。
ゾロのいる公園のすぐ東にあります。
２階には洗濯物が干されていて、すごく生活感のあるお店です。
まだ昼前なので、わたしで３組目の客でしたが、少し経つとほぼ満席となる繁盛ぶりです。
ほとんどが地元の常連さんぽい人達で、わたしのような観光客が少し混じる感じです。
お店のお姉さんによると、１番人気が麻婆豆腐ランチで、２番人気が担々麺だそうです。
それもすごく美味しそうではありますが、何を食べるかはすでに決めてきています。
そう、熊本の郷土料理「太平燕」です。
「太平燕」にミニチャーハンとサラダが付くセットを注文しました。
来ました「太平燕」。
初「太平燕」です。
野菜がたっぷり入った、春雨の麺料理というくらいの情報しか持っていませんでしたが、チャンポンの麺を春雨にした感じですね。
鶏団子、エビ、イカ、そして野菜たっぷり。
素材の味を活かしたマイルドで控えめな味付です。
一方、こちらはミニチャーハン。
「太平燕」が、とても優しい味付なのに対し、このチャーハンは超スパイシー！
一口食べてビックリしました。
でも、こちらもとても美味しいです。
次に来た時は、麻婆豆腐をいただきますね。
