大津中央公園近く、少し入ったところにあります。
駐車場は店舗前に４台。
店内はゆったりとしたカウンター席４席と小上がりのお席に４人掛けの座卓が４つ。
シェフひとり、フロントひとりで回してらっしゃいます。
平日の13時過ぎに訪問、一回りした後のような感じでゆっくりと常連さんらしきお客様がお食事を楽しんでらっしゃいました。
エビチリと悩んだ末に、坦々麺セットを注文。
先付けにサッパリめのサラダ
メーンの坦々麺、辛めでお願いしましたが蒸した？玉ねぎのみじん切りのおかげか幾分マイルドな味わい。
花山椒の香りがとってもいい❣️
麺は卵麺のような歯応えのあるストレート麺。
スープも芳醇でアッサリとして美味
最後に来たセットの炒飯、ドライカレーのような…
正直、油切れの悪さは好みでは無かった。
食事中（13時半過ぎ）も、常連らしきお客様が2.3組いらして常連さんが多いお店なんやな〜と、急いでお店を後にしました。
お店の方は、カタコトですがとても愛想が良い
