しばらくひやあつにはまり今回は、ぶっかけの冷を注文。
ひやあつよりもさらにうどんの食感が良い。
硬くなく好きな食感。
そしてぶっかけ用のつゆがかなりおいしい。
黒いつゆではなくキツネ色でかつおと煮干しの風味がよく、少し甘め。
次はざるとしょうゆかけ、期待高まります！！
