熊本県菊池郡大津町の道の駅にある飲食店「あか牛レストラン肥後郷土料理よかよか」さん。熊本地震の復興ボランティアの帰りに何度も立ち寄った赤牛丼を頂いてました。今回5年ぶりの再訪です。いつも赤牛丼ばかりで他のメニューを食べたことが無かったので、今回は人気の壺に入ったちゃんぽん…いわゆる壺ちゃんぽん1100円を注文しようとしましたが、店員さんから「壺チャンポンは売り切れました。赤牛壺ちゃんぽん1650円ならありますが。」との返答。壺チャンポンと赤牛壺チャンポンは麺もスープも違いはないのではないかと疑問を抱きつつも、今回だご汁定食1100円を注文。だご汁は味薄目でした。
