熊本 ２日目！
阿蘇に向かう道中、赤牛食べとかないと！
って事で赤牛丼が食べれるこちらのお店に訪問。
お店は民家を改装した様な雰囲気。
誰かのお家に来た感覚になります。
安易テーブルのテーブル席が数席。
大きな布で仕切られてるのでテーブル席が何席あるのかわからない状態。変わった作り…
さてさて…
赤牛丼と味彩牛を使ったカルデラ丼がありましたのでそれをオーダーしました。
☆赤牛丼
赤身肉であっさり。タレもあっさり。
☆カルデラ丼
ご飯と名産の高菜を混ぜたご飯をドーナツ状に。
真ん中に温泉玉子、ご飯の上に味彩牛。
味彩牛も赤身肉であっさり。高菜ご飯は味付けが濃いめかと思ったらあっさり。
最初は普通に美味しいと思って食べてたんですが味付けが単調なので最後飽きてくる…
両方のお肉を堪能出来て良かったです！(^^)/
