人のおうちのような入口からお邪魔します！という感じで入店。無理矢理個室にした感じがあるバリ風なのかな…アジアンチック？な内装の不思議な空間でランチ。こちらの名物であるカルデラ丼とカルデラプレートを注文。見た目がとても美しい。カルデラ丼の方は高菜飯と赤牛って合うの？という不安がありつつ食べるとこの相性には驚き。阿蘇を独占！という感じですね。(笑)そして、カルデラプレートの方はハヤシソースを自分の好みでかけて食べるとのこと…かける瞬間がまたわくわくが止まりません。このハヤシソースがとてもおいしかった。私たちはがっつり観光客向けのメニューをいただきましたが中華のメニューなどが多かったのがびっくり。地元人もランチで利用できるお店ですね。
