東京やフランスで20年経験を積んだシェフが、故郷の熊本県山鹿市でオープンしたビストロ。フランス人オーナーのもとで培ってきた本場の味を、プリフィックスコースでご提供しています（夜のみ）。地元の新鮮な野菜、肉・魚介類、フルーツを使った、自然の恵みを最大限に生かした料理をお楽しみください。席数に限りがあるのでご面倒ですがなるべくご予約を。勝手ですが、小学3年生以下のお子さまはご遠慮頂いております。 |
12時予約していて場所がわからなくTELで聞いてみると
場所どころか予約が確定していないと・・・
何～？！(￣▽￣)
webで予約してたんですが・・・
予約はTELでした方が確実なようです。
しかし13時～なら大丈夫だということで少し遅いランチへ
ランチのBコース
ランチのメニューは日替わりだそうです。（詳しくは写真で）
私が頂いた時はチキンでした。
プラス300円で牛肉、魚に変更できます。
この日は牛肉は子牛のステーキでした。
スープはプラス100円でオニオングラタンスープに変更できるということで
そちらにしました。（もともとのスープは何だったか忘れちゃいましたｗ）
前菜のテリーヌから美味しくて期待ワクワク♪
オニオングラタンスープも美味
パンはポロポロした感じで好みではなかったで・・・す。
メインの子牛は
子牛ってこんなに硬いの？
なんだかタンを食べてるような歯ごたえでした。
ソースは甘めのソースでした。
もうひとつのチキンの方は食が進むソースでした。
マスタードをつけると一層美味！どちらかというと私はチキンの方が好みでした。
それからデザートはバナナのパルフェも美味しかったです。
