「いいらしい」とは聞いていて、何度も近くを通っていたのに今回初来店です。
天気のせいかコロナ過のせいか、時間が遅かったのもあり予約なしでもすんなり入れました。
いつもは待ちが出るほど人気店のようです。
場所は龍門ダムと菊池渓谷の間くらいで、案内がなければ辿りつかなそうな場所です。
ちょっと通りから入ったあたりにあり、庭木の手入れもしっかりした風情のある創りです
秋の紅葉時期とかは美しいでしょうね
もちろん新緑も素晴らしかったです。
昔の建物を使っているのでしょうか、農作業で使っていたような道具が展示してあったりします。
ここは地鶏とだご汁と椎茸が売りのよう
残念ながら椎茸は秋にならないと原木のものは頂けないようです、当たり前ですが。
なるほど店外には沢山の原木が組んでありますね
今回は2人で来ましたが、ちょっと贅沢して地鶏炭火焼定食とだご汁めしセット、それと単品で地鶏焼きセットを頼みました。
地鶏焼きセットは砂ずりとせせり、もも肉の3種類です
これにビールも付けて5,000円くらいだったかな
だご汁はモッチリもちもちの太いトッポギのようなだごで、人気のなめこが良いアクセントになっています。
柚子胡椒も付いてきます。
味付けは濃くはないですね、でもジワジワ美味いです
地鶏は新鮮さが分かるくらいの肉色です
程よく弾力があり旨味も良くビールが進みそう
私は運転手でしたのでビールは無し、ご飯が進みました。
小鉢の白和えや椎茸も美味しく、当然お店の雰囲気も最高で素晴らしい時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
若い方が接客してくださいましたが本当に物腰が良く気持ちの良い対応で好感持てました。
