初めての訪問です。
いつもは満杯で予約無しでは入れない人気店ですが、この時期ということもありお客さんはかなり少なく全く密ではなかったです。
私は合鴨焼き、家族は地鶏を注文。
ジンギスカンの様な焼き鍋は意外に火力が強く、鴨は本当にサッと火を通すくらいが◎
柔らかく、脂の旨みをしっかり感じられます。
ネギも甘くて、火を通すほど甘みが増して鴨との相性最高！
狩猟の時季は猪も食べられるそうです。
これはぜひ食べたい！生椎茸も食べたいなぁ。
そして看板メニューのなめこダコ汁がもう絶品！
なめこも原木なめことのことで肉厚でふにゃっとしていません。足はカットしてあってかさの部分だけなのに存在感◎そしてお団子！
つるぷるモチモチで中心部まで軽く、家で作る中身がみっちりした粉っぽい団子と全然違う～！
メニューを見てなめこダコ汁がメインのご飯って？
と思いましたが、確かにこれは主役級！
ボリュームもあり、大満足でした！
また秋冬に行きたいなぁ。
