Visited for lunch on a weekday. Tabelog rating at the time of visit was 3.28. ``Forest Flavor Nakamura'' is located quietly in the forest near Ryumon Dam in Kikuchi City. The owner, who was originally a shiitake mushroom farmer, took three years to build the store by himself. The family cuts the mushrooms so that people can enjoy the mushrooms and fresh wild vegetables grown in the mountains. On this day, I made a reservation, entered the restaurant, took a seat at a small raised seat, and checked the menu. Charcoal grilled chicken set meal 1,800 yen + 400 yen, change miso soup to dago soup, order bottled beer 600 yen or more. We have prepared a charcoal grill set and a set meal has also arrived. The set meal comes with free-range chicken thigh, rice, dago soup, Simmered dish, shiraae, hot spring egg, tofu, and pickles. Full of volume. The thigh meat is fresh and fatty. A spicy spice made with charcoal grilling. There is a sauce, but if you eat it with Amakusa kama-iri salt, you can feel the direct flavor. The octopus soup is made with nameko mushrooms grown on their own logs, Kyushu-style sweet barley miso, and the smooth texture of the octopus, which goes down the throat perfectly.
