（＊ふだん、よく遊びに行く大洗で行った飲食店のレビューで食べログを利用していますが、今回は2019年７月に行った関西～九州旅行で訪れたお店の記録としてレビューをつけています）
旅行計画を練っている時、チーズ工房の薪窯ピッツァ！ ということで気になっていたお店です。
といってもテイクアウト専門ということだったのでピッツァをあきらめ、モッツァレラチーズだけをいただいて、旅館でつまみにさせていただきました。
しっかりしたミルクの旨味のあるおいしいモッツァレラで、値段が安いのも嬉しいですね……。
行った時は気づかなかったのですが、どうやら店の外に食べていけるスペースも用意してあるとのことで……。
いずれ、涼しい快適な時期にまた行きたいと思います……！
