職場の後輩からお昼馬肉どうですか？とのお誘い。
玉名市の蛇ケ谷公園の横にあります【生成】さんに伺いました。
コの字型の店内は左側が個室？真ん中カウンター席、右側がテーブル席といった感じ。
テーブル席に座りメニューを見ますが…
馬刺し定食、各ステーキ定食、各鉄板定食、各定食、石焼カレーに石焼ビビンバ、オムライスに各丼物とメニューが豊富(゜o゜;
馬肉のお店と聞いてましたが、馬・牛・豚・鶏と！？こりゃ決めきれん(笑)
注文は、QRコードを読んでスマホから注文します。ちょっとめんどい…
悩みに悩み(^_^;)
最終、馬刺し定食、馬ホルモン鉄板焼き、馬スジとろ玉丼との3択にしましたが、ゆっくり選んでたら次の予定時間がせまってきたので、結局かきこめる丼物にしました！

私のバカ舌では表現できません(TдT)
和風の味付けの丼物は、肉じゃがのような味…としか…初めてなのにどこか懐かしい味です。
柔らかな馬スジがたっぷり♪ほんとたっぷり。
ボリュームがありすぎて、ちょっと飽きた所で卵を割ります。マイルドに！味変(☆▽☆)
サラダもスープもついててお腹いっぱいになりました！
お昼馬肉どうですか？と誘ってくれた後輩は、まさかのデミオムライスを食べてました。
馬肉じゃないんかい(笑)
とろとろのオムライス！美味しいそうです。
