日本三大ちゃんぽん・天草大王ガラスープ入りちゃんぽん
日本三大ちゃんぽんの一つとされているそうです。
以前お土産用に買ったのを食べて美味かったので
リピート購入しました。
苓州屋というお蕎麦屋さんのちゃんぽんです。
三人前入っていますが、我が家にとっては
中途半端な数です。
早速、自宅で調理しました。
具材にキャベツ、ニンジン、玉ねぎ、もやし、
キノコ、豚バラ肉、車エビを加えました。
車エビは、現地で購入したものです。
麺は半生、3分ほど茹でてから更にスープで
かなり煮込みました。
お店で食べればもっと美味いのだろうけど
こうしたお店の名前を冠した箱物としては
美味いと思います。

天草では現在年に2回蕎麦の収穫ができます。 秋と春の2回、新そばが食べられます。 「挽き立て」「打ち立て」「茹で立て」の３立に加え、「採れ立て」の４立を目指しておあります。 ざるそばから蕎麦会席までそばにこだわったメニューも豊富に揃えております。 |
2年前に苓州屋さんの箱入りちゃんぽん
「天草大王ガラスープ入りちゃんぽん」を購入して
家で作って食べたらとても美味しかったので
店舗を訪問したいと思っていました。
残念ながら、ちゃんぽんはメニューにありません。
期間限定の観光振興イベントでしょう
丼丼（どんどん）フェア特別メニューの
「ハイヤ節で踊る天草大王のだしかけ丼 1,500円」が
目に付いたのでそれを注文しました。
天草大王は、天草地方で生産される大型の地鶏です。
トッピングされた天草大王はかなりのレアでした。
これに熱々で薄口の出汁を掛けていただきますが
正直なはなし、この食べ方は如何に？
私には、珍しく味が薄すぎます。
お持ち帰り用に「天草大王ラーメン」が
半額で売られていたので買って帰りました。
