天草産のそばを自家製粉・石臼挽きでご提供しています。
天草では現在年に2回蕎麦の収穫ができます。 秋と春の2回、新そばが食べられます。 「挽き立て」「打ち立て」「茹で立て」の３立に加え、「採れ立て」の４立を目指しておあります。 ざるそばから蕎麦会席までそばにこだわったメニューも豊富に揃えております。 |
春の陽気に誘われて、蕎麦を食べに来ました。
色々メニューがある中で、ミニ天ランチ1,120円を注文しました。
ざるそば並盛とミニ天、小鉢、そば粥のセットです。
ミニ天と言っても、海老、茄子、舞茸、玉ねぎが入っていて、ボリュームあります。
これで、普通の天ぷらって言ったら何が入っているんでしょう？気になります。
しかし、びっくりしたのは注文して、5分以内に来たこと。嬉しいポイントですね。
さすが、ミシュランガイドに掲載されたお店。
また来ます。
