We mainly use Kumamoto local chicken, Amakusa Daio chicken, and Kyushu local chicken sent directly from contracted farmers. Fully equipped with private rooms.
They use "Amakusa Daio" chicken from Kumamoto Prefecture, "Kumano Jidori" chicken from Mie Prefecture, and "Kamirami Jidori" chicken from Oita Prefecture.
Mainly made with Nagasaki Tsushima local chicken, finished with high-grade Bincho charcoal.
