ジェーアール京都伊勢丹店の11階レストラン街にある京料理のお店、京都 和久傳は、リーズナブルに本格的な京料理を味わえるお店です。また、人気店なので予約しておかないと入れない可能性があるのかなと思います。夕食は、事前に予約した懐石料理の紅花を11階から窓側越しのカウンター席で味わいました。最初は、生ビールを、次にスパークリングワインで順番に出てくる料理をお酒と共に味わいました。料理の一つ一つが丁寧で繊細な味付けでどれも美味しくいただきました！！特にメインの鯛の黒寿司は、角がとれた赤酢の酢飯に丁寧にした処理された鯛の甘みがとてもあっていて美味しかったです。
