４月のおまかせコースを注文。和久傳が料理で大事にしているのは「野趣」。今回はたけのこがたくさん使われていましたが、これは毎朝料理人さんが山に採りに行っているのだそう。素材を活かした料理が素晴らしい。
日本酒は秋田の「雪の茅舎（ぼうしゃ）」を注文。NHKプロフェッショナルでも取り上げられたことのある酒蔵で、フルーティさがあっておいしいです。
