京都駅周辺の6ホテルが、カフェレストランで2000円統一価格の特別メニューを提供する共同企画「シェフの饗宴in KYOTO春の京」
その中の京都新阪急ホテルにあるブールヴァールでランチをいただいてきました。
●フォワ・グラボール ココナッツの香り
白ワインのジュレと共に
●黒豆と玄米のスープ
●・真鯛のロティー 抹茶のソースで
・2種のビーフと京野菜のシチュー
●パンまたはライス
●コーヒーまたは紅茶
以上のメニューでした。
「フォワ・グラボール ココナッツの香り」がココナッツの香りが勝っており、フォワ・グラの味がほとんど感じられなかったのが残念。
黒豆と玄米のスープが（よい意味で）まったく和風風味のないポタージュスープでした。
このスープはフェア以外のときにもいただきたいものです。
