ここ毎年来京してたけど、今回は時間があったので並びに。見返すと8年振りの来店。
並びの数が証明する様に、ブレなく間違いなく美味しい。
これだけ数多くつくるのに、恐ろしい正確さと緻密さ。歴史に裏打ちされた技術がスゴい。
