「フレンチダイニング トップ オブ キョウト」
リーガロイヤルホテル京都には朝食を提供するレストランが3つあります。
「オールデイダイニング カザ」、「京料理 たん熊北店」、
そして今回ご紹介する「フレンチダイニング トップ オブ キョウト」です。
京都で唯一の回転展望レストラン。
お食事しながら京都の景色を360度楽しむことができます。
一時間でちょうど一周
ゆったりと動きます。
そして今回のステイした金雲だけではなくこちらのレストラン店内でも「雲母唐長」トトアキヒコ氏の唐紙アートが楽しめます。
私がいったときはちょうど室内でお花見が楽しめるという装飾も
9時半オーダーストップと朝寝坊できるのもうれしいです
コース仕立てでゆったりとたのしむのであっという間に1時間。
時間に余裕をもって入店し、ちょうど景色を360度みるつもりで！

京都の食材を取り入れたシェフこだわりの内容で、コース仕立てで提供されます。

・スモークサーモンとミックスサラダ、フレッシュフルーツ 生ハムを添えて

・京都美山町の卵を使用したシェフおすすめの一皿
・クロワッサンと本日のデニッシュ

パイ生地の上に卵液のなかに、お芋やマッシュルームがはいったボリューミーなキッシュ。
ポーチドエッグの卵をからめてたべます。
今までたべたことがない卵料理。
パンは、デニッシュやクロワッサンといったペイストリーもさすがですがさすが、
シンプルなハード系パンもほかほか。
自家製コンフィチュールと。
ドリンクは最初から目覚めのコーヒーがのみたかったので、
お願いすると最初にコーヒーをだしていただけたのもとてもうれしかったです。
普段の食卓にならぶ卵や牛乳という食材が、
極上のものになるとこんなにもおいしいんだと実感。
朝からのゆったりした時間の過ごし方とともにとても贅沢で幸せな気持ちになれました。
