旬のスイーツを使ったパフェも食べられ、今回はモンブランパフェを食べに行ってきました。

『シャテーニュ シェリー』というのは、フランス語で“最愛の栗”という意味だそうで、色鮮やかに紅葉した風景を連想させるパフェ。
モンブランペーストはまったり、渋皮栗はホクホクで栗の風味を楽しめ秋の訪れを思わせます。
みずみずしい無花果にベリークリーム、洋梨ゼリー、グリオットシャーベットと様々なフルーツが合わさり美味しかったです。
