出張で、大人数で利用。
飲み放題は、ビールはピッチャーのみ。うぬぬ。ただ、このピッチャー、地味に最初のいっぱいから泡立たない。なんか工夫してるのかね、いいことです。
サラダ、キャベツ、キムチなどから、お肉に。キャベツにかかってるのはなんだろうか、よくわからずでした。
お肉は、ハラミ、タン、ハツ、ムネ、もも、せせり、シシャモだった記憶。どれがという特筆はないが、とりあえず量がふんだんにあった記憶が強い。6人前とかだと思うのだが、9人前くらい来たのでは。
最後のご飯が、出汁が効いてて、しめじだのが入り一番好評でした。
