I found a great restaurant in an alley near Kyoto Tower!! This time I selection course (salad + 2 kinds of Seafood + 4 kinds of chicken + Sangen pork ribs + special meatballs + Ishigaki beef Hamburg + steamed vegetables + silver rice + dessert) The appetizer was cabbage. The photo shows 4 servings. There were 3 types of sauce: gochujang sauce + kelp sauce + soy sauce sauce. All of them were delicious and didn't overwhelm the flavor of the chicken!! The gochujang sauce was especially delicious. The chicken was plump, flavorful and chewy! The course included thighs and breasts! I also ordered cartilage and chicken skin! We drank plenty of alcohol and had a fun night!
