結婚式の参列を兼ねて、従姉妹と二泊三日の京都滞在です。二日目の朝食で訪問しました。

和食では、お漬物と、よもぎ麩、お粥用にカツオだしの餡など、京都らしさを感じることができます。
おんぶ漬け、よもぎ麩の白味噌仕立て、温泉玉子が、特に美味しかったです（╹◡╹）
洋食は、あまり特徴がないものです。サーモン等の魚介類がなかったのが残念です。
この日は披露宴もあるので、朝は控えめに、と考えていましたが、残念ながら…

三日目の朝食は最上階でいただきましたが、こちらの方が断然いいという印象です
大人になって初めての京都も、このホテルも気に入りました(^｡^)
今度は旅行で利用して、こちらのお店も再訪したいと思います

こちらのオムレツは、私のホテル朝食史上最高の品です。ふわふわのトロトロなのに卵液が流れ出ず、焼き加減が最高です。トリュフ塩を合わせたこの品は、特に絶品だと思います♩

ローストビーフ、スモークサーモン、鯛茶漬け、だし巻き卵、カブのロースト、コールドミート各種、メロン
この日のローストビーフは特に良かったです。柔らかさ、適度な脂、味付け含めて、素晴らしかったです。
カブのローストは、香ばしく焼かれた表面にトロトロの中身で、とても美味しかったです。
ごちそう様でした。
