平日の午後
京都駅から帰路へ向かいます
折角ですので京都駅でテイクアウト出来る本日の夕食を求めて駅周辺を食べログで調査です
京都のパン屋があり良さげでしたので、アスティ京都内にある「志津屋 京都駅店」さんへ
店内は壁一面にパンがズラリ
中央にもショーケースがありますね
ハード系、惣菜系、スイーツ系、サンドイッチ、焼菓子等バラエティに富んだ品揃えです
目当ては名物の「京かるね」です
フランス生地にハムが挟んであるシンプルなパン
コレが美味いみたいです
種類は豊富でベーシック以外にもペッパー、チーズ、スモークサーモンがあり、生地がデニッシュタイプも2種ありました
初めてですのでベーシックタイプとペッパーの2つを購入です
家に帰り早速頂きました
包装紙に書いてある通りトースターでリベイク！
・京かるね 250円
セミフランス生地に薄切りのハム、玉葱、ソースが挟んであるシンプルな構成
リベイクしたパンはサクッと軽い食感が素敵！
ハムの塩気とソースが良く合いますね
素直な美味さです
・ペッパーカルネ 260円
京カルネの黒胡椒バージョン
ピリッとした風味が良いね〜
マヨと黒胡椒を追加でかけたらジャンク感アップしてビールにピッタリでした
シンプルに美味いね
飽きない味と思います
リベイクは必須であの食感が良かったね
