◇国産牛ホルモン鉄板焼¥980、道頓堀焼¥1550、瓶ビール
大阪で仕事をひと段落させて、ひとり打ち上げ気分で「昼からビールとお好み焼き」といきたかったけど、大阪の駅ナカ店舗はひどい混雑で、なんとなく京都まで帰ってきちゃいました。しかし「ソースとマヨで瓶ビール」の気持ちが切り替えられず、ヨドバシカメラの風月に寄ったところ、やはり行列。意気消沈して、地下通路をフラフラと、結局こちらのお店まで流れてやってきました。
風月よりはマシな行列で、それでも店前でメニューを決めるよう促され、入店して着席して目に飛び込んできたのは「カキのお好み焼きあり」という事実。これが食べたかったのに、店前で渡されたメニューはレギュラーもので、季節ものの記載なし。個人的にわりと急所に刺さりました。
ホルモン鉄板焼は、「油かす」を製造したのかと思うほど油が出切っていて、お好み焼きは「鉄板の上に乗ってるから」おいしかった。
チェーン店の宿命か、現場の人は創業者の思いを知らないんだろうなぁ、、、というか単純に、自分のお金でこれ食べたことないんだろうなぁ…
たかだかお好み焼きで、「インバウンドって、誰がトクするの？」ってなことまで考えたお昼下がりでした。
