美味しい味噌ラーメンって正直あんまり認識がありませんでした。
やはり醤油か塩は美味しいけど、
味噌って悪くないけどなんか単調なイメージが。
ところがそういう私の中のイメージをぶっ壊してくれたのが
こちらの吟醸ラーメン久保田さんです。
こちらの味噌つけ麺が最高においしいのです。
【注意点】
私は開店３０分前から並んでいたので必要なかったのですが、
こちらは並ぶ際全員がそろっていて、
券売機で全員が購入する必要があります。
全員がそろってなかったら並びなおさなければならないそうです。
気を取り直して、味噌つけ麺の説明を。
まず麺。
麺自体もかなり良くて、小麦の味がします。
モッチリしてて、のどごしが素晴らしいです。
そしてつけ汁。
３種類の味噌を使っているとのことですが、
凄く繊細で複雑かつ濃厚な味わい。
こんなに透き通った味のする出汁と味噌のつけ汁は私は知りません。
そして麺にもよく絡みます。
麺が食べ終わったら、
割スープ（出汁）を入れて飲みます。
これがまた絶品！
最高の味噌つけ麺でした。
気になったので鶏醤油らーめんもいただきましたが、
こちらは普通にうまいって感じでした。
これは絶対に食べたほうがいいです。
