多分5回目くらい、10年前が初回、以後数年に1回ペースで来店。今回は昼に一人で訪問。
11時の開店時間ちょうどに到着したところ、並びがない。すでに開店していて、先客が2名着席していた。並ばずに入れたのは初めて。
先に食券購入、今回はつけ麺大、1100円。カウンター左から2番目を案内され着席。アクリル板で仕切りがあり、端はまだ少し幅があるが、間の席は極めて狭い。私のような肩幅の広い男性が並ぶと密接すると思う。
毎回思うのだが、私にはちと辛い。hotな辛さではなく、塩辛いと感じる。でも、唯一無二な味なので、たまに食べたくなる。300gの麺はペロリと平らげた。スープ割はかなり薄めて、全部飲むと塩分多すぎると思うので残してしまう。
でもおなかいっぱいになって、ここでしか味わえないものをいただき、満足して店を出ました。
