京都駅から小道を登っていくとカウンターのみの
つけ麺屋さんの列が突如現れる。
先に店内のチケット自販機で購入してから並ぶスタイル。初訪店なので迷いなく味噌つけ麺¥1,000
回転が早くあっさり店内、あっさり着丼。
小麦色でしっかり冷水で締まった麺。
つけ汁の見た目は辛そう！
が、しかし最初に口内に広がるのは味噌の甘味。
その後で少しだけ唐辛子や辣油の辛さが追いかけてくる。でも強すぎずにいい塩梅。
麺を頂いた後のつけ汁に、ポットに入った出し汁を足す飲み尽くす。ご馳走さまです。
