土日の昼に行列はよく見かけてたので、平日お昼に訪問。12時前到着で8人くらい待ち。店内カウンターのみで間仕切りもある（写真）ため、食べるのに集中して回転は早め。12時過ぎに学生がたくさん来訪。
オーダーは、やはり味噌つけ麺（1000円）。京都らしく、ちりめん山椒ごはんも注文（300円）。
生卵もつけれます。味がマイルドになるのかな。
味は味噌味ですが、味噌が強すぎず豚骨などでバランスが取られて美味しい。一味がピリッと効いてます。チャーシューは薄いのが一枚（写真）。
麺はこしのある太麺で、つけ汁によく絡む。美味しかったからか並はすぐなさくなりました。大盛りでもたべれたかな。
出汁がポットに入れてあり残ったつけ汁に入れて。
ちりめん山椒は濃いめで料亭の味。どこのだろ？調べときます。
また行列を避けて食べにいきます
