The crispy exterior and fluffy interior create an exquisite balance, and once you eat one, you won't be able to stop. Then we moved on to the big three of the main dishes. First, the black pork fillet cutlet set. The cross section of this elegant cutlet is like a museum exhibit. The harmony of the crispy batter and tender meat plays in your mouth. Next, the black pork loin cutlet set. This one is a little thick and stands out for its juiciness. The more you chew it, the more flavorful it becomes, and the more happiness you feel. Finally, the domestic pork loin cutlet set. This one is simple yet has a deep flavor that is the epitome of simplicity is best. Throughout, I learned that Pork Cutlet KYK is not just Pork Cutlet restaurant. Even just one Pork Cutlet makes you feel the depth of Japanese food culture, where diversity and delicacy coexist.
