少し甘くて角がない優しい香りと
渋みと酸味が少ない口当たり、穏やかな余韻。
白玉団子
大きさ30×25mm程度、厚さ10mmの白玉が三個。
胡麻のペースト、胡桃のペースト、
マンゴーがそれぞれのっている。
箸でつまむのも難しいぐらい
肌はつるつる、噛むともちもち。
胡麻
胡麻の香ばしさとほんの少しだけの塩気が
餅の甘さを後押しする。
胡桃
お米とくるみの甘味の共演。優しく甘い。
マンゴー
妻に食べられた。
