A charcoal Yakiniku (Grilled meat) near Kyoto Station. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is so seasoned that you don't even need sauce. The salted tongue is well salted! Try it with some spring onions! The top skirt steak is of good quality. The liver is also delicious. And this restaurant with a strong flavor goes well with tripe! As expected, the seasoning was perfect for tripe. This restaurant is the polar opposite of light Kyoto cuisine. Thank you for the meal.
