いろんな親子丼の名店を歩き回るようになりましたが、
そのキッカケになったのは、なか卯の親子丼です。
牛丼チェーン店でありながら、
牛丼以外のメニューとして親子丼を取り入れたのは、
なか卯が初めてではないでしょうか。
この親子丼を初めて食べた時は、かなりの衝撃でした。
490円の価格でよくここまで美味しい親子丼の出せるものだと
感激したのを覚えています。
牛丼とちがって、注文が入ってから一杯ずつ作っているので
それなりに時間がかかりますが、玉子はフワフワ、トロトロ。
鶏肉もたっぷり入っています。
割下もマイルドな味わいで後口も悪くないです。
目隠しをして食べたら、どこかの名店の親子丼と区別がつかないでしょうね。
私の舌では。
ちなみに、カツ丼550円もＣＰ抜群です。
歯切れのよいサクサクのカツがフワトロの玉子とよくからみます。
なか卯にいくなら、和風牛丼はさけて、
親子丼かカツ丼をチョイスしましょう。
