年越し旅行12軒目は予約してくれていた此方へふらりと。
鶏刺し目的で来たのに「今日はありません」とのこと。
鶏専門店の看板メニューが無いのは結構痛かったが
気を取り直して焼きと、馬刺し、他にも色々と。
~馬刺し盛り合わせ
これが想像を超える鮮度。
というより僕自身殆ど馬刺しの経験値が無く、
正直食わず嫌いのような域に達していたが
驚くほどの美味である。
好き嫌いの話で言えば牛肉を越えそうな勢いすら感じる。
これが後の馬料理巡りに繋がるのである。
そんな素晴らしい逸品を提供して下さった此方へは
感謝しかない。また是非鶏刺しがあるタイミングで伺いたい。
