京都水族館の帰りに友人二人と訪れました。
店内の年齢層は、比較的若め。でも、水族館帰りのカップルも多いのか、そこまで女子！！という雰囲気ではありません。
店内はこじんまりとしており、少人数での利用がおすすめです。
頼んだのは
・ふわもちリコッタパンケーキ（ドリンクセット1150円）
ドリンクもついてこのお値段は、かなりCPが良い！
メニューに載っていたフレンチトーストも美味しそうだったためかなり悩みましたが、結果大正解。
生地がほんとうに「ふわっ」「もちっ」という食感で、口のなかで溶けていくようでした。華美なトッピングにごまかされることのない、パンケーキ自体の美味しさにはっとしました。
大きなパンケーキ二枚の上にかわいらしいミニサイズのパンケーキが二枚トッピングされているというなかなかなボリュームの見た目に、運ばれてきたときは「食べられるかな？」と少し不安だったのですが、一口食べた瞬間、杞憂に終わりました笑。むしろもう一枚食べたいくらいでした。
場所が京都駅からやや離れていることが難点ですが、
・美味しいパンケーキを
・そこそこのCPで
・並ばずに食べられる
・雰囲気のいいカフェ
というのは今やなかなかありませんので、水族館デートなどの折にはぜひ利用してみてはいかがでしょうか。
ブランチにも利用してみたいです。
