PR for restaurants |
[A short walk from the aquarium] All-you-can-eat Kyoto vegetables picked that morning! The special meat course is also very popular!
With the desire to "make people realize the true blessings of Kyoto," we use "miyako vegetables" grown in Kyoto, which are carefully grown by farmers, rather than being limited to the Kyoto vegetable |
I heard that Kamo-san has a Kyoto Station store, so I stopped by while I was running some errands. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily and the weather was pretty bad, but although it says Kyoto Station store, it's not in front of the station. It's next to the edge of Umekoji Park, and to be honest, I walked about one station's worth... I think it wouldn't be a problem on a nice day, but in the wind and rain, the name of the store is misleading! The atmosphere of the store is a little dark, or rather, plain... I usually go to the Shijo Karasuma store, but it's inferior in every way. The variety of dishes and the types of Kyoto vegetables they sell are fewer than the Karasuma store. I was surprised that they ran out of cucumbers when I entered the store at 1:30 p.m. The quantity and variety are really small. Also, there are many customers with small children, probably because Umekoji Park is nearby. If you don't mind, it's fine, but the customer base is clearly different from the Karasuma store. Overall, I don't think I'll be visiting again? That's what I feel. Thank you for the meal.
