京都駅近の美味しいココナッツカレー

京都駅周辺はまだまだスパイスカレーのお店が少ないですが、前から気になっていた河原町七条のこのお店に。京都駅から徒歩で１０分ほどかな。路地に入った少し隠れ家的なところにお店はあります。

店内はカウンター３席、４人掛けテーブル3席ほどでした。

店員さんにテーブル席へ案内され、足元の段差に注意くださいと言われたもののすぐつまづくというドジっぷりを炸裂してしまいながら席に着きました。

豚キーマ＋3種類のなかからチョイスし２種盛りのあいがけカレーです。（とりカレー・えびカレー・ココナッツカレー）
私はココナッツカレーをチョイス。

お米はターメリックライス。硬めに炊かれていてカレーにちょうど良い。
豚キーマはスパイス感、辛さは控えめでひき肉感強めの食べやすいキーマカレーでした。

ココナッツカレーはココナッツミルクの程よい甘さが広がり、コクとミルキーさがありながら最後には辛さが追いかけてきてすっきりしたお味です。グリーンカレーのようにクセや辛みも強くないので絶妙な甘辛でエンドレスにスプーンが進みます。
かなりサラサラしたスープ状なのでほんと【カレーは飲み物】という感じですね！

付け合わせのレンズ豆、ピクルス、もやしなんかもワンプレートに乗っており、口の中をリセットするのに良いですね。

京都駅に芸術大学が移転してきたらスパイスカレー屋さんもっと増えてほしいですね～！
