以前から気になってたとさかさんへ、
土曜日の昼呑みでお邪魔しました☺️
ビル4Fのお店に入ると、オープンしたばかりだったので1番乗り✌️
1番奥の席からは下を見下ろせる景色が
天空の意味が理解☺️
まずはビールで乾杯
その間にお客さんがぞろぞろ入って来て、あっという間にいっぱいに
・よだれ鶏 ¥750
低温調理された鶏は柔らかくしっとり。自家製ラー油と絡めると率直に旨い！
パクチーがいいアクセントになってアジアンテイストのよだれ鶏。
・マグロのホホ肉炙り刺し ¥700
歯応えしっかりしたホホ肉は臭みなし。噛むほどに出る旨みとガーリックソースが、お酒のアテに最適な一品。
・京赤地鶏のタタキ ¥750
朝引き鶏を使用したタタキはぷりぷりで強い弾力。
炙られた皮が香ばしいく、食べる度に旨いって言ってしまう。。
今回注文したメニューどれもクオリティ高い印象☺️素材が新鮮なので価格も満足出来る
