感じの良い接客だったので、
お勧めのマルシンステーキを頼みました
焼き方を聞かれず、出てきたのはウェルダン
近江牛でウェルダンは勿体無い…
一緒に行った連れも同じ感想でした
料理のボリュームは全体的に少なめですね
雰囲気やコンセプトは凄く良いのに、
料理の味とボリューム、そして国産と誤解されかねない、黒毛牛の記載などは考えたたほうが良いと思います
今のままなら、再訪は無いですが、
今後に期待です
