京都駅から徒歩圏内の自家焙煎珈琲にて。
勿論スペシャルティコーヒー。
向かって左手にカウンター席が4席あります。
テイクアウトのつもりでしたがオーダーの際ジェラートのメニューが目に飛び込んできて思わず食べたくなってしまい。
ということで、イートインにて、
コーヒーは、
「ブラジル カイオ・ペレイラ(浅煎り)」
そして、
「ピーチのジェラート」
を、オーダー。
ブラジル カイオ・ペレイラ(浅煎り)は、フレッシュで華やかなフレーバー。
ビックリしたのが口に含んだときの味わい。
なんと甘いスイート感。
このローストでこの甘み。
これ程のスイートネスとは農園さんに脱帽。
そしてロングアフター。
本当に美味しい。
と感心しながらアイスにてを伸ばしたのだが、上に添えられているkurasuと入ったオリジナルクッキーが美味しくってビックリ。
アイス食べるより先にこれだけで満足してしまった。
そんな幸せを朝から噛み締めながら食べたピーチのジェラートもサクサクと歯応え良く口のなかでトロッととけて美味しい。
