12月下旬の週末に訪問。早い時間だったのですぐに入店。
名物のつけ麺を券売機で購入し、カウンターに座ります。
つけ麺とスープが運ばれてくると、麺が特徴的。
全粒粉ということで、ソバのように細く、やや茶色くて、
黒い粒も入っている。
ほのかな甘さと、歯ごたえ、舌触りもあってとても美味しい。
濃ゆいスープに付けて食べると、こちらもいい感じ。
スープが冷めるので、温めなおしてもらい、そこに玉ねぎを入れて味変。
麺にすだちや黒七味などをかけると、また違った味を楽しめます。
スープの中にはサイコロ状のチャーシューが入っていて歯ごたえがあって美味しい。
最後にスープにアオサを少し入れて、出汁で薄めると美味しく飲めます。
