京都出張で四条烏丸のラーメン屋さんを巡ろう、の第二弾。
前から行列が気になっていたこちらのお店を訪問。少しフライングして会社を出たので、並ばずに入店できました。
日本蕎麦屋さんじゃないんだし、まずは麺だけ啜れってなんじゃいと思ったんですが、まあしきたりには従おうと啜ってみると、まさに小麦の香りが。
つけ汁は濃過ぎない白湯で、魚介とのバランスがいい。つけ麺にしては細めの締まった麺によく絡みます。
温め直しできますって、配膳時に必ず声掛けしてくれるし、テーブルにも貼ってあるので、気兼ねせずお願いできます。
なので最後まで美味しくいただきました♪
タマネギ、すだちの味変もgoodです！
スープ割りもポットが置いてあるので自由自在！
皆さんお書きの通り、あおさと黒七味を入れると誠に美味。
鴨丼も美味しかったけど、まあ普通に美味しいってところでした。ちょっと期待値が高過ぎたかな。
次回はラーメンをいただきたいですね。
