同僚の女性3名との懇親会。フランス料理が食べたいとのリクエストがあり、このお店を選択。
ビュー＆ダイニングというからにはきっと素敵な夜景なんだろうと期待に胸が膨らみます。
京都駅から直行のエレベーターで15階に。廊下では京都タワーが鮮やかに見え、ますますテンションが上がります。
お店に着き、店内に案内されます。
ええ～。
まずは早くから予約し、結構高価なコースを頼んだのに、席は窓際ではなく、夜景を楽しむって感じではありません。
そして、最大の難点は…
狭い。
隣りと手を伸ばせば届きそうな感があります。
今はコロナ対策でアクリル板がこれでもかと言わんばかりに備えられて、隣の声はあまり気になりませんが、撤去されたらどうなるんでしょうか。
料理は
アミューズが鳥のペースト。
前菜は、ホタテと野菜のタルタル、蕪のエスプーマ添え。
パスタは、ねぎが主体のソース。
魚料理は、オマールエビのスープドポアソン。これは逸品でした。
肉料理は和牛フィレとフォアグラのロッシーニ仕立て。トリフのソース。
デザートは、ほうじ茶アイスと最中仕立ての冷製菓子。
さすが、料理は一流で、どれも美味しかった。
パンも米麴製で、美味しくて何個もいただきました。
お酒は、シャンパンとシャルドネとシャブリを2杯。これまた安心のホテルテイストです。
一流ホテルのメインダイニングだけに、席配置があまりにも残念でした。
