オーナーシェフは元々スペイン料理出身らしい。
事前に予約が必要かと思うけれど、おでん屋さんだけど、お任せでお願いすると割烹料理屋さんの様に少しずついただける。
フグの白子や、鱧×雲丹、まるで茶碗蒸しの様な上に出汁卵の乗った蟹、染み染み大根のおでん、、
日本酒も美味しいし、何よりとってもリーズナブル！
お一人様でカウンターでしっぽりもしやすい。
京都はおでん屋さん沢山あるけれど、色々トータルしてオススメ！！
