とあるイベントにブルームコーヒーが出店されていました。
五条にあるお店だそうです。
早速一杯いただきました。
適温でサーブできるよう何度もお湯の温度を計ってから、ポタポタポタと少しずつハンドドリップ。その真剣な様子はまるで科学の実験のよう。
時間をかけて丁寧に淹れてくれた一杯。
これは味わっていただかないとです。
程よいコクと苦味です。
酸味は少なめ。それでいてフルーティーさがあるのでブラックで飲むのがちょうどいい感じ。
メニューにもよると思いますが軽やかな味わいでした。
次はぜひお店でもいただきたいと思います。
