一応、京都駅伊勢丹の地下１階にあたるカフェ&パティスリー。
『メゾンカイザー』の向かいです。
季節の生ロカイユがイチゴだったので他のものを…。
「カリソン」303円
小振りな砂糖菓子…になるのでしょうか。
南フランスのお菓子で、メロン果汁などはいってます。
ほどよい表面の固さとなんとも言えない食感。
個人的には嫌いではありません。
なかなか一度ではなんとも言えないお菓子かな。
