伊勢丹での買い物を済ませ、一休みしようと地下へ。
うってつけのケーキセットがあるこちらへ。
名前から分かる通り、フランスが本店のパティスリーでざっと品ぞろえを見る限り
チョコレートと焼き菓子に力を入れている感じ。
ケーキセットは10種類あり、私はミルフィーユ・ショコラ（680円+税）とコーヒー（600円+税）。
発酵バター使用のサクサク生地にショコラクリームと濃厚なガナッシュを贅沢にサンド、とのこと。
想像通り生地がバラバラに崩れ、すくって食べました。
それぐらいサックサクと言うことで 笑
コーヒーはマシン淹れで、それはちょっと残念。
妹はブラウニーショコラ（680円）とポット入り紅茶。
ナッツをたっぷり使ったブラウニーにショコラムースとバニラクリームの味わい、とのこと。
私と違い、上品に食べておりました。
紅茶もたっぷりポットなので、満足気。
スタッフさんは上品かつ丁寧で、デパ地下にしたら落ち着けました。
