最終日のランチは
東本願寺南にある
「いと」 さんです
白木の美しいカウンター
この日は
我々2人で独占です
見るからにお若い料理長は31歳
フレンチ出身の方です
和食とフレンチの融合がコンセプト
やや洋に傾いているかなと思いました
今や和と洋のコラボは珍しくありませんので
もう少し独自の方向性が見えると面白かったと思います
