JR京都駅前京都タワービルB1Fのフードコート「KYOTO TOWER SANDO」内にあるお店
「タイベト食堂 レモングラス 京都タワーサンド店」。
12月下旬のランチタイムに初めて訪れました。
こちらタイ料理やベトナム料理のカレーやヌードル、一皿飯などがありますが、
この日は
「バインミーつくね」(611円)
をオーダーしました。
呼び出しチャイムを受け取り、40席ほどあるフードコート内のお好きな席へと着座し
待つ事数分でチャイムが鳴り、バインミーを受け取りました。
「バインミー」とはベトナム風のバケットサンドです。
「バインミーつくね」の具は鶏のつくね、キュウリ、ラディッシュ、パクチーなどです。
お味はピリ辛ソースがつくねに良く合っていて食が進む美味しさですね。
フランスパンのパリパリッとした食感も楽しいです。
小腹が空いている時にピッタリなベトナム風サンドイッチでした。
